Beverage&Food / Namu / Service

Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures.
Reports and handles all complaints, concerns or special requests of guests.
Conducts daily briefings and shares important operational and guest information with the team.
Prepare staff rota/timesheets and ensure punctuality and management of meal breaks.
Allocate tasks to the team to ensure all duties carried out thoroughly and on time.
Coaches, trains and guides the team to enhance the skills of the team and ensures that established cultural and core standards are met.
Maximize financial performance of the division by driving upselling and control of operating expenses through effective management of inventory and cash control.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests whilst providing a distinctive experience.
30% of Time Spent
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Solicits employee feedback and reviews employee satisfaction to identify and address employee problems or concerns.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Ensure to comply with the grooming standard.
20% of Time Spent
Performs additional duties within the F&B department and assists in the completion of administrative tasks and reports.
Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the work place.
Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with W Dubai policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained.
Education College diploma/degree preferred
Experience Must have at least 1 year experience in the position
