The Role

  • To be a part of the kitchen team ensuring that the highest standards of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety are followed at all times in a Japanese Fine Dining environment. Ensure food is prepared as per company specification through effective portion control, utter care and attention to both beauty and flavours, and delivered to the guest at the highest of company standards.

  • Knowledge of Food preparation , basic food hygiene
  • Sushi Grade Food Knowledge surrounding quality, and safety
