Italian Sous Chef
Planhotel Group is currently recruiting an ITALIAN Sous Chef for 5* Resort in Africa.
The qualified individual should:
- have educational background in hotel management
- have at least 5 years experience within International 5-star hotel chain in the same capacity
- be hands on and able to work with different ethnic group
- be experienced in Contintental Cuisines, Italian in particular
- have knowledge of Gardemanger and bakery
- Fluent in English
- A self-starter, and willing to train others
- Creative in buffet and à la carte menus, displays and banquets requirements
- A team player, a motivator despite possible language barriers
- Detail oriented and experience in food promotion
