The Guest Service Agent, Club Lounge is responsible for taking care of the Executive Lounge and providing high quality customer service up to the Wyndham service standards. He/she is assisting the Front Office with check-in and check-out, as well as with various guest relations and arrangements. This role includes both Front Office and F&B related duties.


  • Taking responsibility of the high quality service in Executive Lounge
  • Assist with setting up the F&B in the lounge area
  • Providing in-room check ins
  • Allocating rooms, creating welcome letters and arranging amenities
  • Basic business center duties
  • Assisting with guest requests, order taking and arrangements 
  • Assisting the Front Office with check-ins and check-outs when required
  • Communicating all available services and promotions to the Club Lounge guests
  • Overseeing cleanliness of Club Lounge and reporting any maintenance issues.

Our ideal candidate has preferably:

  • Degree in hotel school or equivalent 
  • Previous work experience in hospitality industry, eg. guest relations or F&B
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Previous knowledge of Opera PMS is considered a plus
  • Arabic, German or Russian language skills are a plus
