Director of Food & Beverage
An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Food & Beverage in this 5 star Hotel in Asia. The ideal candidate will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of this department and will have a thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction. You must have at least 5 years experience in F&B, of which a minimum of 3 years holding a managerial position, with multiple large scale F&B outlets. Previous experience of working within Europe would be an added bonus. Due to the anticipated high level of response we will only be able to respond to those of you who are shortlisted.
