Work with the Sales & Marketing Department in
developing and implementing revenue generating opportunities on Branded
Website, Social Media, OTA, CRO and GDS.

    . •         Oversee online brand and sales presence

    •           Convey consistent brand image that attracts customers by
    encouraging sales using owned media (Website, Social Media Platforms)

    •           Drive hotel’s channel performance by managing social media
    practices, optimizing hotel content, and integrating to IHG tools and systems.

    •           Research and analyse Internet sales and market online
    trends and employ strategies to improve sales

    •           Drive traffic to website using variety of methods

    •           Assist the PR Manager in developing and increasing traffic
    through direct and semi-direct online channels that will improve the overall
    revenue for the property and other key financial and customer matrix

    •           Assist the PR Manager evaluating the performance of our
    branded website and give suggestions for how to promote and improve the
    presence of the hotel on the web, with the intention of increasing number of
    bookings and keeping the website up to date

    •           Monitor, implement and execute the active presence of the
    property on all Social Media tools to maximize the online exposure of the

    •           Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to
    increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as
    well as rate position of immediate competitors


  • Education,
    Qualifications & Experiences
    Should be an advertising, marketing or communication graduate with
    preferable experiences in a similar field. Must be a computer literate
    with effective communication skills, verbal and written in English and
    preferable in Arabic as well.
  • Knowledge & Competencies 
    The ideal candidate will be a young, outgoing, vibrant and innovative
    individual. Can work independently and promote at all times the brand
    image and market status, as well as maintain accurate documentations and
    accounts records on all clients assigned.
  • Hiring an E-Commerce

  • Growth
    expectation for the next 12 months in F&B and Rooms need to be
    supported by strong online presence and web ranking position.
  • Repositioning
    of outlets: Rodizio, Liquidity

  • Opening of 2
    outlets: Meesh Café, Arabic Terrace

  • Opening of
    Holiday Inn The Business Park

  • Support for
    rooms and residences especially during summer/Ramadan/Low Season
  • Drive Brilliant
    Basic: Reconversion and Book Direct where in the E-Commerce role will be
    an integral part to win these points.

  • Competitions
    have dedicated E-Commerce Executives/Managers that solely handles online
    and booking channels.

  •  The market interest and platform are
    rapidly shifting to online and a dedicated person needs to monitor the
    market trend, market behaviour and demands in order to develop an online
    strategy to boost the business.
  • The E-Commerce will
    handle all owned media in order to maximize its use. Owned media is long term,
    can be controlled in real time and can reach niche/target market

    by the hotel.

    4.     Actively participate in training and
    development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development

    5.     Demonstrate understanding and awareness of
    all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety

    6.     Familiarize yourself with emergency and
    evacuation procedures

    7.     Ensure all security incidents, accidents and
    near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention
    of the Line Manager

    8.     Comply with the Company’s Corporate Code of

    9.     Familiarize self with the company values
    (Great Hotels Guests Love) and model desired behaviors (Winning Ways, Room to
    be Yourself) and ways of working (IHG Wheel).

    10.  Perform all tasks as directed by the Manager
    in pursuit of the achievement of business goals
