Al Habtoor Hospitality is currently seeking for passionate and dynamic HR and Training Coordinator who will be responsible in supervising the  Human Resources function ensuring its overall efficiency and effectiveness within the company.  

  1. Assist in the management of the recruitment process as per Al Habtoor standard to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner and with the most suitable candidate
  2. Conduct sthe Human Resources Orientation for new joiners to ensure they are familiar with the company policies, rules and regulations
  3. Provide Employees with advice and guidance to align behaviors and practices with the Hotel performance expectations and standards
  4. Assist with the Disciplinary and Grievance process ensuring behavioral and performance expectations of Employees are met
  5. Coordinate employee welfare activities to ensure increased Employee satisfaction while off duty
  6. Coordinate and support the Accommodation Manager with the Employee housing complex management to ensure increased Employee satisfaction
  7. Coordinate and support the Employee Outlet Supervisors with the dining facility management to ensure increased Employee satisfaction
  8. Conduct exit interviews with leavers to understand the reason behind their decision to leave and address employee dissatisfaction and concerns
  9. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
  10. Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
  11. Conduct off job training sessions for Employees in line with the training courses portfolio
  12. Coordinates in-house training programs or uses external companies to meet identified development needs
  13. Ensures to track and measure the effectiveness of Employee Development activities through a variety of methods focusing on behavior and results to see if objectives were achieved
  14. Develop and support Departmental Training Trainers in order to ensure a high quality of on job training
  15. Support the Human Resources Department in the performance Management process by training Managers, review appraisals, coach Managers and support Employees in realizing their personal development plans
  16. Organize and source management development according to the needs identified in the Annual Appraisal Review
  17. Recruit interns and organize work placements as per the policy for the property’s benefit and in order to keep a good relationship with educational institutions
  18. Assist in maintaining personnel files for all employees in methodical and confidential manner and ensure files and other information are kept under strict confidentiality
