  • Managing relationships with wholesalers, tour operators and travel agencies
  • Achieving quarterly revenue KPIs in key assigned markets
  • Proactively looking for new partners, negotiating contracts and generating leads
  • Developing relationships with existing partners to increase market share
  • Generating leisure group enquiries from contracted partners
  • Creating an annual calendar of marketing activities responding to need periods in key assigned markets
  • Regularly appraising and evaluating initiatives to achieve annual budget
  • Initiating and conducting FAM trips with partners from key assigned markets
  • Travelling on sales trips and attending trade shows/roadshows in line with Sales & Marketing plan 
  • Working closely with Cluster Revenue Manager and Cluster DOSM on creating special offers   
  • Weekly competitor analysis and rate distribution on the web-sites of key accounts
  • Weekly telesales calls (a minimum of 30)
