Strong “Rooms” experience in 5* luxury International brands is mandatory. SE Asia experience is important!
A Resident Manager is required for a busy city center 5* hotel in Jakarta, with more than 750 rooms, 6 fine dining restaurants and state of the art facilities.
Our client will only consider candidates who have solid background and experience in “Rooms division” in large properties that are part of the top International luxury brands.
An experienced EAM Rooms who is now looking forward to moving up in his/her career will also be considered for this role.
The Resident Manager will be in charge of the Operational aspects of the hotel with specific and immediate responsibility over the operations of Rooms Division. He/she will ensure consistency of service with established policies and standards.
The ideal Resident Manager will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual. Someone who can set an example with his/her abilities and leadership skills. Ability to create and deliver exceptional guest experiences is a must.
Candidates should be excellent at both people and task management skills, as well as have very strong communication skills.
South East Asia experience is a huge plus!
