4 star Hotel in Doha is looking for a Front Office Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction, whilst creating a work environment that supports organizational values. You will be bright, friendly and articulate, with top service standards, be a dedicated team builder who is passionate about customer service and possess good leadership and training skills. You should ideally have a degree in hospitality with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel environment. You must have immaculate personal presentation and the ability to solve problems effectively and you should have previous experience with Fidelio/Opera. An attractive package is on offer.
