Mediterranean Chef de Cuisine 5 star resort Hotel Maldives
An opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Cuisine in the Maldives. You will be responsible for leading the daily operation of the kitchen, producing cuisine of the highest standards. You will be responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. To apply for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a five star property as Chef de Cuisine or similar, have previous Michelin kitchen experience and have a good knowledge of current Mediterranean food trends.
