Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie

Position Type: Full Time

Reporting To: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef


  • To handle and prepare food within a designated section of the kitchen whilst following recipes and laid down procedure;
  • To treat our guests like Superstars!


  • To keep the stock allocated to the section under optimum conditions;
  • To prepare mise-en-place on time and as required ;
  • To minimize kitchen wastage;
  • To prepare all dishes following the correct recipe ;
  • To deliver the dishes to the pass correctly garnished, with the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner;
  • To keep the designated section clean and tidy at all times;
  • To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering of the designated section;
  • To attend training courses and meetings as and when required;
  • To always diligently follow statutory hygiene requirements as per laid down procedure;
  • To be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene ;
  • To take part in any fire or evacuation drills and ensure complete familiarization with all exits, including those normally used by customers, as well as fire escapes;
  • To report any suspicious packages or parcels to management without delay;
  • Carry out any other reasonable request asked by the management
