The Supervisor is responsible for the operation, management and overall performance of the Housekeeping Department.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel.

Successful candidate must demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Communicates fluently in English
  • Has advance knowledge in system operations such as Oasys, FBM, and Opera.
  • Has the ability to work well under pressure, exceptionally guest oriented
  • Has a genuine concern for quality and impeccable grooming at all times.                                  ​​ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. Prepares reports required for attendants and allocates credits to all attendants.
  2. Establishes close coordination with the laundry department to ensure the fast flow of clean linens for guestrooms and the outlets.
  3. Checks the Discrepancy report of the attendants.
  4. Inspects the guest rooms- Checks bedroom, bathroom, flowers, amenities, linen, fruits, and maintenance.
  5. Reports room as Inspected for vacant or occupied using hotel procedure, switch off lights and close doors.
  6. Keeps track of guest room preference as specified by guests and communicates these to leaders/associates concerned as a guide in prioritizing cleaning.
  7. Handles Lost and found items as per procedure.
  8. Inspects Turn down service
  9. Assists in conducting a physical inventory of cleaning equipment and master keys, chemicals, Linen, Guest supplies and various assets as scheduled.
  10. Personally, conducts/facilitates training activities in accordance with established targets.
  11. Assist scheduled preventive maintenance program for room and public areas.
  12. Ensures all public areas cleaning are being covered and cleaned (Lobby/Outlets/Spa/Health club/Banqueting facilities/Lobby/Back of the houses/ Offices
  13. Assists Assistant EHK & EHK in special tasks such as stores set up, furniture movements and Decoration settings in public areas.
