As an IT Help Desk Agent, you will interact with individuals in all areas of the business as you assist users in maximizing the usage of desktop technology, provide information, assist in problem resolution and respond to user requests. You will maintain logs, documents and records on Information Technology problems and be eager to learn and expand within this function. You will maintain corporate software and hardware asset management and provide IT first level support to both the business and guests.
This capacity allows you to demonstrate flexibility in your roles and responsibilities. You will have the unique opportunity to learn and practice various assignments within the Information Technology function. This will not develop you as a well-rounded IT professional, but will also prepare you to take the next step in your professional career!
