Key Role and Requirements:

  1. The candidate must be smart, young, enthusiastic and must have strong sales skills.
  2. Bachelor’s degree
  3. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as merchandiser in F&B.
  4. Ability to manage accounts, measure progress, and implement sales and strategic direction
  5. Strong verbal and written communication in English, Arabic advantageous
  6. Computer knowledge ( MS Office)
  7. Keep up to date on current trends and happenings within the market and inform management
  8. Obtain client requirement as and when required.
  9. Need to  go to each outlet every day and promote the product.
  10. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  11. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  12. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  13. Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.
  14. Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
  15. Provide support for other departmental projects as needed.
