Kitchen Equipment Technician
Qualification: ITI in Mechanical Trade or equivalent
- Knowledge of operation, repair & maintenance of all commercial kitchen equipment.
- Preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions and principles of HACCP.
- Maintain log books & records.
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Able to read and interpret drawing.
- Willing to work in shifts and able to do any work assigned by Superiors.
- Awareness of fire prevention and safety.
- Participate in energy conservation programs.
