Qualification: ITI in Mechanical Trade or equivalent

Job Description:

  1. Knowledge of operation, repair & maintenance of all commercial kitchen equipment.
  2. Preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions and principles of HACCP.
  3. Maintain log books & records.
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Positive attitude and team player.
  6. Able to read and interpret drawing.
  7. Willing to work in shifts and able to do any work assigned by Superiors.
  8. Awareness of fire prevention and safety.
  9. Participate in energy conservation programs.
