Qualification:

Master Florist

Professional certificate is required

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Good knowledge in Floral Design

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Valid Driving licence

Experience:

10 years Management-level experience

Sector relevant industry experience is preferred / Hospitality industry

Nature and scope of the position:

  • Reach or exceed sales and profit objectives for the Hotels & Corporate Division
  • Develop and follow up yearly Hotels & Corporate plans
  • Manage daily operations of various teams within the Hotels & Corporate Division
  • Authorise expenses as authorised in the annual budgets
  • Client satisfaction

  • Coordinating sales objectives with Business Development Manager
  • Coordinating sales activities with Business Development Manager
  • Organise and manage procurement of trade stock
  • Ensure flow of high quality products out of the company’s workshops and production sites

  • Become personally involved in supporting large sales operations
  • Manage customer relations
  • Ensure proper sourcing of new and existing products from suppliers, contracted farmers, or company production as appropriate
  • Ensure effective stock management
  • Hotels & Corporate Manager shall ensure that proper monthly updates of forecasted sales and expenditure are produced and circulated to Senior Managers in the company
  • The Hotels & Sales Manager shall interpret and communicate corporate policies and sales policies to his/her teams
  • When necessary and appropriate the Hotels & Corporate Manager shall assist sales people in selling and handling account problems
  • Monitor the client satisfaction level
  • Establish and maintain a network of contacts within the hotels and corporate sectors
  • Monitor the leads are followed-up and taken care of
  • Monitor the contract is negotiated as per company standards
  • Ensure that forecasts and leads development are realistic and communicated efficiently
  • Visit hotel on regular basis to create and maintain relationships
  • Approve yearly vacation schedule of accounts managers
  • Monitor monthly sales report
  • Assist and / or prepare offers with KAM / Design team for Christmas, Ramadan and other seasonal decoration, as well as for large events
  • Monitor costing forms & Daily indicator reports
  • Solve disputes between employees
  • Assist HR in hiring process
  • Lead weekly meeting
  • Monitor buying
  • Control and Monitor budgets for all stations under his management  
  • Monitor daily reports
  • Responsible to send daily updates / reports to management
