The Guest Service Officer as ambassador of Sofitel Dubai Downtown is required to actively promote the quality image of the company and the hotel at every opportunity.
We are accepting applications from outgoing and dedicated individuals who are looking for an entry level position within our Front Office team.
We are looking for an applicant to complement our professional 5 star Front Office team with their exemplary customer service skills, excellent presentation skills and the ability to go that extra mile!
Main duties involved with the role are liaising with guests over the telephone, assisting with guest inquiries, processing check-ins and check-outs and assisting our Front Office reservations and reception team.
Our successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a desire to develop a career within a successful and supportive 5 star environment.

We are looking to appoint a Guest service officer for the stunning 5* Sofitel Dubai Downtown who thrives in a high pressured and rewarding team environment and is looking for a career with a hospitality leader.
Due to role requirements, the ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a 5 star hotel in guest service or customer care.
- Excellent grooming standards
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Previous experience with Opera
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
