To Monitor day to day operations of the Cafeteria
To coordinate with the Chef and HR Manager for the Menu finalization .
To ensure that the indenting is done as per the Menu .
To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene is taken care off in the canteen
To ensure that the cutlery crockery is maintained as per the requirement of the canteen .
Take inventory of the cutlery crockery and equipment on daily basis.
Report to HR Manager on any damages to the equipment in the Canteen .
Ensure the employee grievances are addressed immediately or brought to the notice of Chef /HR Manager and sorted out.
Any other functions as per the requirement of the operations and advised by Chef / HR Manager .
