Our client is managing an exclusive French Fine-dining restaurant in Casablanca, Morocco. Offering the absolute best in service to its high-end clientele, the venue is well-known for its traditional French cuisine including seafood dishes. To manage the venue's renowned food and beverage services, our client is now looking for an exceptionally trained Head Chef with a background in French fine-dining/seafood and serving VIP clients within signature outlets or well-known 5 star hotels/resorts.

Candidate should have the following profile:

  • Candidate must be an Executive/Head Chef for last 4-5 years and has a background in 5 star resorts/hotels especially within signature French fine-dining outlets
  • Able to lead a team of 20 in the kitchen and service department
  • Possess good knowledge of overall F&B operations as the Head Chef will eventually oversee the entire set of activities related to training, sourcing, administration, outdoor catering, etc.
  • Must be strong on managing the costs
  • Able to deliver as per client's requirements
  • Should be highly creative
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong experience working within multi-cultural environment
  • Pushing the boundaries of excellence in production and service delivery
