Gordon Ramsay Group are seeking the best talent for Restaurant General Manager opportunities across our portfolio of international restaurants.

The Gordon Ramsay Group comprises of a total of 30 restaurants globally and 6 Michelin stars, with international restaurants in Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia. Originally routed in fine dining, the Group has expanded to include more premium casual dining sites offering a wide variety of guest experiences around the globe.

About the Role

You would be expected to act as a brand ambassador for the Gordon Ramsay Group in your global location and establish your restaurant as a destination for an incredible dining experience that sets itself apart from any competitors. You would form strong trusted partnerships with the Head Chef and local business partner, and together create a successful business strategy for driving guest loyalty, team retention, revenue and profit for your restaurant. You would be accountability for the effective day to day running of the restaurant, and assume full responsibility for budget management including the management of direct and indirect costs.

About You

We are looking for true business leaders and restaurateurs. You’ll be a quality driven, passionate and motivated individual with a love for dining and hospitality. You’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience at GM level in an independent or group of first-class restaurants and a rich understanding of premium-end service delivery in fast-paced, high cover restaurants. You’ll be driven to charm our guests with incredible standards and warm, welcoming service. You’ll be passionate about the opportunity to delight guests with exceptional food, wine and produce and the tenacity to maintain pace and energy. You’ll understand what it takes to hire, inspire and lead a team to exceed expectations, and turn guests to loyal regulars.
