The Gordon Ramsay Group comprises of a total of 30 restaurants globally and 6 Michelin stars, with international restaurants in Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia. Originally routed in fine dining, the Group has expanded to include more premium casual dining sites offering a wide variety of guest experiences around the globe.

About The Role 

You would be expected to act as a brand ambassador for the Gordon Ramsay Group in your global location and establish your restaurant as a destination for an incredible dining experience that sets itself apart from any competitors. As Head Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to compile menus and change dishes reflecting seasonal produce, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional food. You will be accountable for the efficient day to day running of the kitchen including stock takes, budgets and margins, labour, food standards and all compliance so our guests can be fully confident in the operation of the business. You will provide exemplary leadership to the kitchen brigade to ensure the highest standards of food. You will form a strong partnership with the restaurant management team, Executive Chef, and our local business partners to run a successful business that exceeds all expectations.

About You

We are looking for passionate, produce led Head Chefs. You’ll be a quality driven and motivated individual with a minimum 2 years’ experience at Head Chef or Executive/Senior Sous Chef level and a track record of innovative and culinary excellence in a premium dining establishment. You understand what it takes to strike the right balance between quality and how to achieve refined and efficient service delivery in a high volume establishment. You think and act like a business owner, running your kitchen P&L with discipline to ensure good commercial order. You are diligent when it comes to back office administration and compliance. You intelligently market your business and your food to drive revenue. You’re a natural leader who nurtures and develops your kitchen talent.  You’ll love change, and relish the opportunity to work in a new country and with a variety of people from varying cultures.
