Gastronomica is a leading restaurant operator of original dining concepts. We are based in Kuwait with operations currently in Kuwait, KSA, Oman, UAE, Qatar with Bahrain on the way. We currently operate a number of unique popular dining concepts, which include Slider Station, Cocoa Room, Burger Boutique, Open Flame Kitchen, Skinny Cloud, Nomad Kitchen and Roadside Diner. All our brands are created in-house from the ground up. We are the leader of original dining concepts and our aim is to build our brand name by carving out a niche which focuses on high-quality products that are based on a Total Dining Experience principle.
Our Iconic brand Slider Station takes on the concept of an American Gas Station in the 40s. This "industrial chic" restaurant specializes in classic and gourmet sliders as well as a wide range of American tapas, grills, flat breads and freshly prepared high end desserts from its in house chocolateire -the Cocoa Room.
With the approaching opening of our new Slider Station in Bahrain we require the assistance of talented restaurant professionals to assist us in surpassing all expectations of our opening. So if you are a Restaurant Manager, Sous Chef, Sous Pastry Chef, Chef De Partie or a Pizza Cook who had a solid working history and is passionate about what you do and willing to go the extra mile we would like to hear from you.
Ideally you will already be located in Bahrain and hold a solid understanding of the FOH/BOH operations within a free standing independent restaurant. Your ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment will be highly regarded as will your ability to solve problems quickly and professionally. A can do attitude, an open and approachable communication style together with your quest for constant exceptional service and customer focus will contribute to the success of our new Slider Station.
