The role of Operations Manager requires a high level of customer service orientation as well as an organisation understanding and experience in leading teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning of work schedules, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate performance
  • Coordination of staff rotation and overall staff plan
  • Review reports and data received from the car parks
  • Analyze system reports to develop strategies for improving operational performance
  • Prepare and control operational budgets
  • Improve processes and assign policies
  • Monitor rules, regulations and procedures
  • Assist in recruitment and placement of staff
  • Business Development and Networking for new projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, ability to lead, inspire and train others
  • High level of customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated
  • Well organized and structured
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a team and to coordinate with other departments
  • Flexibility in working time, working on weekends is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
