• Follows strict all instructions given by CDP and sous Chef, ensures that commis are following all tecnics
• Integrates, trains and supervises Commis Chefs, with the support of the Chefs de Partie
• Helps employees develop their skills to the best of their ability
• Ensures the whole section team is fully involved and motivated, by taking every person's needs into consideration
• Manages the team's work attendance with help of the CDP
• Ensures that the staff under his/her responsibility behaves and is dressed to the highest standard.
