An Assistant Training Manager with Hotel AlRayyan - Curio "A Collection by Hilton" is responsible identifying and providing training to internal customers to deliver an excellent team member experience while working with and ensuring that all departments are achieving their training objectives.

About Hotel AlRayyan, Curio "A Collection by Hilton"
It is going to be our first Curio in the region. Hotel AlRayyan brand identity concept is based on "fashioned luxury" as it is linked with the high end fashion stores in the new Mall of Qatar, one of the largest shopping malls in the world.

What are we looking for?
As an Assistant Training Manager, you are ultimately responsible for assisting the Training Manager in leading the department to maintain a good connection between the guests, the hotel and various hotel departments.
An Assistant Training Manager would also be required to have a hotel pre-opening experience, luxury brand and also experience in leading a successful Training department. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Provide quality training to internal customers
- Adhere to in-house training plan
- Identify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Line Managers/Head of Department, HR Manager, and Training Manager
- Assist Line Manager/Head of Department in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basis
- Prepare, organise, administer and conduct in-house training courses ie. Recruitment and Selection, Discipline and Grievance
- Ensure new employees have received departmental and legal training
- Hold monthly Departmental meetings with trainers to ensure training needs are being covered
Recruitment and succession planning
Contribute actively so that company has a sufficient number of well qualified managers and Team Members meeting both current situation and future needs
Management and leadership
Actively support the hotel to provide a strong leadership within the department based on our values
Learning and Development
Contribute actively to create a working environment where people continuously develop themselves and others
