Restaurants Operations Manager(Arabic Speaker)

•Conduct daily briefings ensuring a two way communication, training and policy information.
•Check the miss-en-scene and miss-en-place done by the team.
•Make sure all standards and Sop's are in place and followed up.
•Control expenses of outlets. Prepare estimates of all food and beverage costs and coordinate with corporate staff and assist to purchase all required supplies
•Develop innovative ways to create sales of the restaurant by up-selling menu items, food promotion, merchandising etc.
•Meet and greet guest and develop a personal guest database to ensure to continued patronage.
•Schedule staff rotation and duties and organize extra hands when required. •Represent the restaurant in Food and Beverage meeting.
•Conduct periodic competition analysis.
•Carry out any other task given by his superiors & be flexible in work hours.
