Job Description

Lead and manage the Reservations Team to achieve budgeted and forecasted Rooms Revenue, through the conversion of Reservation calls to sales, whilst delivering customer satisfaction. Maintain database accuracy in order to get return correct inventory and rates to market, segment our business property, and track our business to facilitate strategic analysis.



Requirements

To fill this position the candidate must have proven Reservations excellence, and be able to supervise and train all Reservation Sales Agents. They must also:
•Quickly grasp the principles of Revenue Management, and easily adapt to the constantly changing environment
•Be proactive towards achievement of Rooms Revenue goals
•Learn new technology with ease
•Team player with strong interpersonal skills
•Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong command of English in both
•Be detailed orientated and take pride in transferring this focus on details to their work in the PMS and all guest correspondence
•Able to take a customer focused decision by themselves, whilst remaining cognizant of all sales and revenue management principles
•Display passion for our customers, and enthusiasm for the job
•Must possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) Opera PMS/S&C or Fidelio/Delphi, IPS*, PRSNet*, TLPe*, TLGO* and be fluent in Internet Explorer
