We are currently searching for a Director of Cuisine to head up the culinary production of our various kitchen facilities. Our ideal candidate would presently be holding a similar position or possibly that of an Executive Chef. We seek that certain someone who has been fortunate to experience a Michelin star establishment, a person who is passionate about quality, a creative and innovative individual who can motivate and develop their team.

You must have trained and earned a degree from a reputable hospitality or culinary institute, establishing yourself with a sound and solid career path, ideally within a 5 star international environment and with some experience in island or resort living.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to menu development, food costing, health hygiene and safety practices, analysing market trends, preparation and presentation of all food products, monitor and check guest satisfaction, manage supplier relationships and associate development.
