The Role
Main Duties:

    To prepare and dispense beverage orders for the servers and keep them ready for collection To organize and stock private dining dispense bar area for efficient set up and to maintain the bar counters. To know ingredients and methods of preparation for all mixed drinks and good knowledge of wines, which compliment various food items. To ensure that all beverage items are properly presented and served at the correct temperature. To co-ordinate the collection and distribution of the arrival amenities as per the arrival lists and be continuously in touch with the butler order taker to accept and action last minute changes, special requests etc. To closely co-ordinate with the Cost Controller for the monthly inventory of the Dispense bar. To inform the managers directly in case of any discrepancies / shortages in the bar after the routine inventories. To ensure that the correct beverages are dispensed from the bar as per the KOTs. To follows the standard operating procedures given, every time. To take immediate action when service is requested, and help colleagues without prompting.  To give a very elegant, warm and personalized service to the guest. To serve with a smile and follow the standards and sequence of service. To perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
