About the RoleA new position of a Guest Services Executive has arisen in the Corporate Administration Department - Group and Corporate for a highly motivated candidate.
Your main duties will include and will not be limited to:
•Welcoming the guests and colleagues and assisting there needs
•Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company and its facilities, staff, procedures and policies.
•All media or press calls should be transferred to the public relation department. No information will be given to the press.
•Take messages for colleagues and ensure they are passed on to them.
•Receiving incoming correspondence such as letters and distribute by placing them in the pigeon holes.
•Schedule meeting and training room reservations and if necessary forward any banqueting requests.
•Ensure the records of all the supplies taken from our store are recorded. For cross charging
•Maintain the cleanliness, readiness, safety and set-up of the reception area, meeting and training rooms
•Any other duties required by management.
To be considered for this role you should have:
• Excellent Knowledge of the English and Arabic language
• At least one year experience in a similar role
•Customer service experience/skills is a plus
•Must be computer literate and excellent typist.
•Administrational skills
•Needs extremely competent, polite, cheerful, well-groomed, cultured, educated front office assistant who is able to multi-task and get along well with co-workers. Job requires ability to handle heavy telephone traffic.
