What will I be doing?

You will be responsible to manage the Front Office operation in terms of attending to all guest related functions such as check-in, check-out, updating/administering Fidelio system, preparing reports, etc. as per Hilton Worldwide policies and procedures with and through the Front office team. In doing so it is your responsibility to extend an excellent service to our guests whilst keeping your team trained and motivated.

 

During night shift you will act as the Manager on duty whilst confidently attending to any operational matter that may occur in relation to guests, team members, etc. In such situations making the right decision is vital safeguarding the guests, team members and the property.


What are we looking for?

 

Minimum two years experience in a similar position preferably in a Hilton Worldwide property or in any star-class property with hands-on experience in Fidelio is important. You must p ossess an outgoing personality with excellent guest relations and strong decision making skills. Excellent communication skills in English (written/ spoken) with familiarity in MS office packages is required. Relevant academic/ professional qualifications from a recognized institute in relation to hospitality management including front office operations would be an added advantage.
