25000 AED a month (Single Live) Live out allowance 7000 AED per month

WHAT THE JOBS ENTAILS

Responsible for all operations
Ensure smooth day to day running of each restaurant
Controlling and managing large teams
Employee training and development
Achieving and exceeding company targets
Putting systems into place

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experienced as an General Manager overviewing a group in the least 5 years
Proven staff management and development skills
Experienced in working in high volume, fast paced environment
Production focused and innovative
Must have previous international experience and pre-opening experience
Strong leadership and management skills
The drive and ambition to succeed
