KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creation and update of the wine list and wine by the glass offerings, and overall control and maintenance of the wine cellar
• In cooperation with culinary operations and recreation, plan & execute wine of the month, promotions, wine dinners, and guest wine tasting.
• Maintaining/stocking all related wine equipment
• Ongoing colleague training and development on wine knowledge, including daily departmental training
• Pioneer wine up-selling initiatives
