Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or Spa-related management.
• Possess a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification and be capable of implementing and administering safety measures.
• Training or licensure in different types of massage, cosmetology and different types of beauty treatments.
• At least Ten (10) years experience in a Spa Environment / Industry
• At least Three (3) years experience as a Spa Manager
• At least Three (3) years experience in a Hotel

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
3. Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Must be enthusiastic, personable, and ambitious. Able to hire, direct and train staff.
