General Manager - InterContinental Lagos (pre opening)

We love people who apply the same amount of care and passion to their jobs as they do their hobbies - people who help us create great hotels guests love.   At the moment we're looking for a General Manager to lead the opening of our flagship property InterContinental Lagos located on Victoria Island.  Scheduled to open at the end of 2012 this full-serviced InterContinental Hotel will compromise of 358 rooms catering for local and international travellers.   After the successful opening you will direct the overall operation of your hotel to maximize performance, profitability and return on investment. By creating a positive and productive work environment, you'll ensure superior guest experience and compliance with quality, service and operational standards.  You'll report directly to the Regional General Manager and lead the Hotel Executive Committee Members and Department Heads.
