We are looking for a talented Assistant Quality Control & Training Manager to join our Human Resources team.
Rocco Forte Hotel Abu Dhabi, a part of Rocco Forte Hotels is situated in the new commercial centre of Abu Dhabi and is within easy reach of downtown Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi Airport, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and the Formula 1 race track. As Assistant Quality Control & Training Manager, you will maintain and improve the Quality Control & Training functions in the hotel. You will undertake the tasks associated with coordinating, marketing and facilitating the hotel’s quality and training activities. You will also be responsible for generating data for analysis and reports.
With proven administrative and excellent organisational skills, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines effectively and be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Excel and have experience with any major Human Resources electronic system. Experience of working within a fast paced Human Resources/Training department is vital and experience within the luxury 5* hotel environment is essential. Fluency in English is needed for this position.
