•You will direct the overall operation of the Hotel to maximize performance, profitability and return on investment.
•Responsible for maximizing revenues and flow through to GOP to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDA.
•Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure within budget and approved procedures.
•Work with the Area Director of Sales and manage the Hotel Sales Manager to deliver all sales activities of the property and meet revenue objectives.
•Support the Sales team in making sales calls, meeting key clients on/off site.
•Identifies and seeks out potential business in local market. Maintains relationships with local companies and key people to increase the hotels visibility within the local market.
•Maintaining statistical and financial records.
•Safeguard the realisation, tracing and adjustment of deviations.
•Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
•Guard / controlling of company assets.
•Delivering of data and proposals for the budgets and investments.
•Safeguard quality of operations (internal & external audits).

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish.
• Fluency in Czech - desirable.
• 4 year experience as a Hotel General Manager.
