F&B Operations Manager– design hotel, French speaking part of Switzerland

Our client, a hotel group in the Lake Geneva area is looking for a F&B Operations Manager for their newly renovated design hotel. This is an upscale 4* hotel with personalized service of a 5* hotel.

The hotel is currently undergoing a large refurbishement and the new concept will be very contemporary. All the F&B outlets will change and therefore my client looks for a motivated and driven candidate who enjoys setting up new standards and launch the F&B outlets to make them the place to be!

As F&B Operations Manager you would be overseeing a team of around 25-30 employees and report directly to the General Manager. You would be overseeing one contemporary restaurant, 2 bars, room service and small meeting & banqueting facilities.

This could be a great opportunity for a Multioutlet Restaurant manager/Restaurant Manager or Assistant F&B Manager to take their next step up!

Candidates need to be experienced Restaurant Managers or Assistant F&B Managers, have strong commercial skills, need to be fluent in French & have a good knowledge of English. Due to the personal interviews, candidates need to be currently based in Europe.
Previous opening experience and experience in 5* operations/boutique style properties & international experience would be of further advantage. Candidates also need to have a work permit for Europe or Switzerland.
