Spa Attendant (Male)

The Spa Attendant as guided by the Spa Supervisor will deliver the standards of So Spa etiquette and service in all interactions with guests and staff.

Responsible for providing all guests with customized, personal attention and anticipating guests’ needs, escorting guests to the appropriate service area
and addressing the extra details.

Responsible for retrieval/delivery of linens to and from the laundry facility, general maintenance and cleanliness of the changing rooms, cleaning of sandals, and stocking the vanity stations. Responsible for maintaining stock and supplies throughout the spa including tissues, towels and cups. Must be able to respond to guests graciously and go above and beyond their expectations.

Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials and other services provided at the spa. Set the example by using proper etiquette and professionalism at all times. Look for every opportunity to suggest new and enhanced guest experiences, making suggestions and suggestive selling at each opportunity. Communicate housekeeping and maintenance needs to the Spa Butler and/or the Spa Supervisor. Assist team members where needed in all aspects of the business operation.
