Our client is managing multiple properties in the Indian Ocean and is looking for their flagship property, a highly skilled Food & Beverage Manager to lead and direct a highly dedicated team.

Reporting to the Resort Manager, this career orientated position will focus on all operational activities including the financial performance of each business unit and will make you the driver of service excellence.

Responsibilities will include the training and coaching of your workforce and the effective organisation and management of the multiple outlets.

To be considered for this assignment you need an impeccable background in luxury resorts and be fluent in at least 2 European languages. Your skill-set will clearly focus on quality operations combined with your personal guarantees for guest satisfaction and the passion to drive consistently operational improvement wherever possible.
Professional Profile:

Prior Indian Ocean experience highly regarded
Experience in leading boutique hotels or resorts is essential
Manage multiple restaurants
Highly skilled in managing quality driven operations with multiple outlets
Proficient in managing multi nationality work force
Project management experiences highly regarded
Maximise guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business
