Achievement will be measured on the sales teams' new business targets and conversion levels, sales calls, and revenue for the resort. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating your team.
The incumbent must hold a Hospitality / Business Management Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in Sales & Business Development.
Responsibilities include conducting market analysis developing and managing Annual Business Plans / Budgeting and Risk Analysis to achieve company growth and targets.
Should be a leader who is highly motivated and organized with strong technical background. Excellent Communication Skills – written and spoken in English, knowledge of foreign Language is added advantage. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Should be energetic, self starter who is entrepreneurial and results oriented. Capable to Interact with people of different cultures and trustworthy with highest standards of personal integrity.
