You should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a wine waiter in an up-market restaurant. You are a holder of a WSET intermediate certification and your product knowledge is perfect. You are friendly, outgoing, social and possesed superior selling skills and techniques.

Your appearance & grooming is immaculate and unquestionable at all times. You are passionate about wine, spirits & cigars and could not imagine working anywhere else then in a restaurant.
