The InterContinental Abu Dhabi is an IHG flag ship property in Abu Dhabi and is a prominent landmark on the corniche located in a commanding beachfront setting. It features 390 guest rooms and suites, highly acclaimed food and beverage outlets and elegant meeting rooms and banquet facilities. We are currently looking to hire a Resident Manager to support the General Manger by assessing, evaluating and meeting the short and long term needs of the hotel in order to ensure its success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plan, marketing plan, budget and goals to ensure an on-going basis for optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.
Do you have previous experience interacting with VIP guests and individuals outside the hotel, community leaders, government officials and corporate officials? Are you familiar dealing with potential clients and the owning company? Do you have good leadership skills? Ideally you will need to have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Middle East. Arabic speaking skills & Rooms Divison background will be an added advantage.
