Our client is part of an international hotel company seeking an experienced Revenue Manager for their exclusive resort in Italy. The role of Revenue Manager will be responsible for managing revenue for a resort with 200 bedrooms plus golf, tennis, football and spa. An Italian speaker is essential.
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for improving profitability levels within the hotel through the effective application of systems, distribution, processes, design and implementation of strategic selling strategies. As Revenue Manager your key focus will be to drive average rate with the aim to over deliver planned revenue targets and gain competitive advantage. The Revenue Manager will create a working environment that ensures sales focus, develops people whilst delivering exceptional customer service for their team of six.
The ideal candidate will currently be an ambitious Revenue Manager, be driven by results, have excellent influencing skills and will ensure open communication links with all departments whilst striving for excellence. Italian speaking is essential.
