Our client is one of the largest property companies in Hong Kong, who specializes in premium-quality residential and commercial projects for sale and investment. The Group's core business is the development of super luxurious properties as well as operations of Hotels.

The Director of Food & Beverage will represent the entire food & beverage operations of the group’s finest and award winning restaurants in their five star luxury hotel in Hong Kong, with more than 300 rooms, restaurants, bars, meeting and recreation facilities.

The ideal candidate must be strong in western cuisine and must have good knowledge in Asian cuisine, especially Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory.

Must have very strong background in F&B Operations.

Must be a “foodie” who knows how to eat and how to share, discuss and communicate with the management.

Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualifications in Hotel Management.

At least 5 years of experience in senior F&B management position in large scaled operations of 5 star hotels in Asia.

Experienced in leading and managing the F&B projects and development.

Complete knowledge in the functions essential to operate a hotel of international standards.

Thorough knowledge of hotel’s F&B operating policies and standards.

Knowledge of local and international cuisines.

Ability to co-ordinate functions into efficient and coherent operation.

Ability to report to superior on all F&B related matters.

Salary: HK$60,000 per month, local package (negotiable).
