Our client, a global hotel group with hotels in South East Asia, Europe, North America, etc. requires a Mandarin speaking Vice President Food & Beverage. They would consider a current Regional Food & Beverage Director or a Food & Beverage Director from a large single unit hotel or casino, etc. only. If the candidate had experience outside of Asia as well.
The major functions of this position requires the successful individual to be a seasoned professional within the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Another important requirement is experience in a multi-faceted hotel or a restaurant’s food and beverage operations.
Requirements:
Equivalent experience with 10 years of F&B leadership experience.
Must have very strong background in F&B Operations. Prefer some one with current experience as regional or corporate F&B with a well known luxury brand.
Preference is for Chinese speaking candidate with international hospitality exposure and background of managing multi food and beverage operations.
A global perspective with in depth knowledge of hotel operations and more importantly F&B service, kitchens and operations (some one who is well aware of the new F&B and restaurant concepts).
Possess experience in leading strategic planning and project management, ability to drive change and meaningful innovation.
Responsible in leading F&B concept development, standards, and processes to develop signature food and beverage experiences to drive highest F&B margins, quality services and maximum revenue.
In partnership with divisional teams, the VP F&B will develop common metrics and performance tools, identify best practices and share within the Group.
Possess degree in Hotel Management, Business degree/diploma.
Salary is extremely competitive and is subject to the incumbent’s experience.
