Key tasks
To create a relaxing spa experience for members and guests. Greet each client with a positive and inviting attitude, and assist each one with requests or problems she may have. Handle each client in a friendly and professional manner, specific to the needs and wants of the individual. Promote the sale of spa products and services.
Enthusiastically greet and assist each client in preparation for his/her treatment.
Promote spa as well as ongoing services and products.
Strive to create loyal customers and ongoing clients; encourage clients to book continuing and future appointments.
Strive to build a referral business
Keep all rooms clean and stocked for the next client or therapist
Always maintain a supply of folded towels in the room
