Cost Controller will be managing the supply budget and ensuring costs are controlled and proper stock levels are maintained. Cost Controller will liaise with Purchasing Manager to maintain the supply and operations to cutting edges to decrease the costs.
Must have 3 years of experience of F&B Cost Controlling and working in Hotel Industry.
Must have experience of MC.
Strong financial modelling skills in Excel.
Know how to build good working relations with Kitchen and F&B.
