QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- If already in a DCDP position an experience of 2 years minimum in a 5-star Hotel is required, with steady promotion history ie. Co1-2, DCP….
- If newly promoted an experience of 4-6 years in a 5 star Hotel is required with the same promotion criteria as above
- Culinary College level or Hotel school at least 2 years.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Should be able to be aligned with our values

- Passion for Cooking, Creative and hands on working style, Attention to details focused, High energy driven, Out-going personality, Positive to changes, Good communication skills,
- Organized and responsible when leading his section, Able to understand guests needs when working on buffets or show kitchens, Professional in conduct, Team player willing to help others, Well groomed, Honest, Polite, Helpful attitude in relation with other departments, Consistent in work and behavior,
- Knowledge and understanding of culinary organization and world food products
- The desire to uphold The Address Hotels philosophy of "One size fits One", by treating each individual guest and their requests in a timely, professional and friendly manner
- Physically fit
- Willing to work any shift (day, evening, overnight and on weekends, Able to cope with physical duties, Very dynamic at work
- Good knowledge of Hot Kitchen is a must, required basic Knowledge of Traditional and Modern Culinary Trends
